Marc Orange

Over the course of more than 40 years, I’ve had the opportunity to be part of our credit union family.  As a concerned member, I became involved in the internal workings of the NWPCU as a means of educational enrichment.  Subsequently, I served on our Supervisory Committee, eventually becoming Chairperson, and later on the Board of Directors for over 25 years.  During my tenure, I’ve been involved in and chaired numerous CU committees, including Asset/Liability Management, Legislative, and Personnel.  I’m currently serving on various committees; our focus is on ensuring NWPCU’s safety and soundness, as well as sustaining our mission as a member-owned financial cooperative, specifically, offering a full range of affordable financial products at fair rates.  Additionally, ensure regulatory activities are conducted in accordance with Federal laws, America’s Credit Union Association, and Oregon State Credit Union regulatory requirements.

If re-elected, I’ll continue to pursue this oversight and assist in sustaining a credit union that focuses on you, the member we serve.

Willie Groshell

My Name is Willie Groshell, and I have been a letter carrier for almost 20 years.  During that time, I have been and continue to be very involved with the NALC. I served as the President of the Oregon State Association for over four years.  When I took over as State President, the association was in debt, and over the next four-plus years, we eliminated it.  When I passed the Presidency to my successor, the state association had the largest financial reserves in its history.  I understand the importance of fiscal responsibility and how to collaborate with others to achieve common goals, thereby strengthening and improving our credit union. We need all postal crafts represented on the board of our credit union. I am putting myself forward to fill that role on behalf of my fellow letter carriers to strengthen and grow our credit union together.  I cannot thank Sammy Smith enough for filling that role on our board for so many years, and I look forward to his retirement being one of joy and happiness for him as he has earned every bit of it many times over.

Tasha Patton

As a member of the credit union, I am passionate about providing feedback and insight on ways to grow our credit union community. I’m highly motivated, eager and excited to become a member of the board, as NW Priority Credit Union has been an excellent resource for me as a postal employee. I have been a Postal Supervisor for over eight years and am currently a Claims Occupational Health Specialist for the USPS. I thoroughly enjoy my job.  I am also a licensed professional Insurance Agent, where I help families and friends stay protected and safeguard their assets. If elected to the Board of Directors, I pledge unwavering dedication to the credit union’s success and the well-being of its members

Linda McNulty

I have been a member of NWPCU (since it was PPECU!) for most of my postal career – and now into retirement. The credit union has always been convenient and responsive to my family and to our local Branch of the National Assoc. of Postal Supervisors (NAPS) where I served as Treasurer for over 15 years. I enjoy giving back to my community, and currently, I am active in NAPS, in my church, where I volunteer in the children’s AWANA Bible club, and I manage a local non-profit Thrift Store that raises funds for schools in Uganda, Africa.

I look forward to helping NWPCU to thrive and grow. I am an Industrial Engineer by education and training (BSIE from OSU), was a Notary Public in Oregon for many years (inactive now), and hope that my skills and background can be helpful in continuing NWPCU’s long tradition of quality service.
