APR = Annual Percentage Rate. All credit is subject to credit approval. During the Introductory Period of 12 billing cycles following the establishment of your Line of Credit, the Interest Rate will be fixed at 7.50% (Introductory Rate). This Introductory Rate will remain in effect for the first 12 billing cycles after the account is opened. At the end of the Introductory Period, the Interest Rate will convert to a variable rate based on the original variable rate provisions of the Home Equity Line Account Agreement and Disclosures. In the event you fail to make any loan payment within 60 days of the due date, you will lose the Introductory Rate and your Interest Rate will convert to a variable rate based on the original variable rate provisions of the Home Equity Line Account Agreement and Disclosures.
